We are excited that you are considering to hire us for photography, photo booth, and event lighting rentals. We take pride in our quality of our work ethic to provide the best service possible. Planning a school event takes a long time to plan and organize. We feel that having this one-stop-shop page will help you to answer most or all of your questions. With many companies wanting to work for the school district, it is very important to be transparent and have all documentation and accreditation to ensure the upmost security of the children in our community. Below contains all of the necessary information that you will need to verify our company as an approved vendor. Feel free to give us a call or email us for booking or for more information. Our Promise to Schools
As a contractor for Florida Public Schools, we like to ensure the highest quality of product and service possible to meet your standards. We believe in creating a professional product, excellent service, and an energetic environment for all staff and students with our photography, photo booth rentals, and event lighting services. We take the protection of all students and staff seriously to ensure that trust is met at the highest level. We do not accept nor require any down deposits for any of our services until all services are rendered. We do not post, show, or distribute any student's image(s) unless the school grants us permission by obeying district policy and after we review a blank school's model release form to ensure how the image(s) can be handled to posted on online galleries. If the school would like for students to also receive digital prints via email and/or text from the photo booth, we do not collect, store, or sell any personal data to third-party companies. We do not market, communicate, or sell to any minors. We require an adult, parent, or legal guardian 18 years or older to hire us for any events. Finally, we are in compliance with background screenings under the Jessica Lundsford Act with the district to ensure that any staff who enters a campus or is at a school event off campus is cleared to work alongside minors. This is a promise that we uphold as a company.
How to view our Level II Jessica Lundsford Act State Badges
All of our staff that visits your school for an event has signed the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) form to allow fingerprinting and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to conduct a criminal background screening. All staff have received a Florida Public Schools Contractor (blue) badge and will wear on it on themselves at all times on school grounds or school related events off campus. For the protection of all students and school staff, we do not post our badges on the website for the protection to prevent counterfeit badges. If you would like to view our badges, please send us your official school district email address so we know that you work in the school district. Any personal email address will not be accepted. You can also contact Patricia Cross at 727-547-7279 or email her at lunsfordscreening@pcsb.org if you would like to also verify our status (since the badges were issued with Pinellas County Schools). The blue badge is good for all public schools in the state of Florida. Private schools also require background screening, but it is up to the discussion of the administration if further documentation is needed.

Information for Private Schools
We perform all of our photography, photo booth, and event lighting services to all public and private schools in the Tampa Bay area (Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties). Each public school district has its own specific requirements in order to conduct business. Since each private school is governed by its own accredited organization some of the requirements for us to perform services may be different from the public school district's requirements. We would like to serve your school's needs so upon hiring us for your school event please let us know if there are any further requirements needed that are different from the public school district so we can gather the necessary information needed.
How to View Our Certificates & Documentation
As part of our privacy to protect not only ourselves as well to protect others, we only provide this information upon request like our W9, COI, etc. If you would like to see any specific documentation, please contact us by your official school email so we know the right information is getting to the right person.

Sanitized wipes are also at the prop station if the students wish to sanitize his or her own props before use. |
