How we price our photographic services
All real estate agents know that three key elements are important in order to sell a home.
1) Quality of Images
2) Fast Turn-around Time
3) Low cost for photography to maximize revenue
We take all three of these concepts in consideration when quoting a property listing. We go by square footage, not hourly. Every property is different and some listings may require 1 hour or several hours depending on the size. The more square footage the more it will take the time to photograph. By doing square footage, we focus more on quality, our first key element, into each listing.
When we take our photos, we try to get at least 2 angles for each room to showcase the full potential of the property. Each listing will vary on how many photographs will be edited & delivered. Lighting is crucial when it comes to photograph the front facade of the property so we will ask in which direction the property faces to determine the time of day to photograph.
We charge $0.10 per square foot for the floor plan of the house. The front and backyard is included in the price at no additional cost.
Examples:
800 square foot apartment: 800 x 0.1 = $80
1500 square foot condo: 1500 x 0.1 = $150
3000 square foot home: 3000 x 0.1 = $300
If you need to photograph a club house, gym, community pool/park, etc. Then we will charge the square footage for these additional listed features.
