Rob Gale Photography & Photo Booth LLC offers employment for a variety of different photographic services. Each job is hourly and is on a need-to-hire basis. Photo Booth Attendant (public and private schools)

Before Applying: Candidates will be accepted if he or she is able to pass a background test through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). Fingerprints and identification will be collected. Schools will have access to any criminal record and federal or state documentation for verification. Must be able to comply with the Jessica Lundsford Act. This job requires to work alongside minors and to produce photographic prints for their school event. Must be willing and able to work without supervision. If you have a felony or any criminal record that may be questionable not able to work with minors then please do not apply.

This job is a very energetic and exciting time for students at their school events. Students enjoy wearing silly props and showcasing funny faces and poses. All students receive instant 2x6 inch photo strips. The homecoming and fall festival season start in mid-September and ends at the beginning of November. October is the prime month for school photo booth rentals. You will have many of your weekends free but if two schools hire us for the photo booth on the same night then we will be contacting you to take over one of the school events.

- Able to be on your feet up to 7 hours
- Work on weekends, typically on Saturdays, some as late as Midnight. Availability for Friday evenings is also preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented
- Humble and eager to learn and grow
- Professional in dress and behavior
- Adaptable and able to handle stress well
- At least 1 year of experience working with customers (sales, customer service, event service, etc.)
- Basic experience in using computers, digital cameras, iPads, printers, any technical skills
- Valid drivers license
- Own a reliable vehicle and can travel to events up to 60 miles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work up to 7 shifts
- Photography experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver photo booth equipment to a wedding or school event (travel occasionally up to 30 miles, but usually less than 20).
- Pick up equipment the day before and drop off at the office the following day after the event
- Setup and break down the photo booth
- Maintain organization and sanitization of the photo booth props
- Interact with guests
- Assist guests with choosing props, taking and printing photos, and putting photos into a guest book
Qualities in a photo booth attendant:
- No previous experience necessary – We will fully train you.
- Timeliness – Arrive promptly and set-up photo booth equipment quickly and efficiently.
- Dress Code – The attendant should dress according to established dress code, which is all black attire. People who have tattoos must wear long black sleeve shirts. Black collar polo shirt without manufacture branding visible and black dress pants. Preferable all black sneakers for comfort or black dress shoes.
- Wearing of identification – Having contractor or school district badge present at all times while in the presents of students and administrators
- Friendliness – The photo booth attendant should smile, welcome guests, and invite them to the booth.
- Patience – Things do not always go as planned. When crises arise, the attendant should continue handling customers and guests courteously, while remedying technical problems with patience.
- Tech-Savy – The attendant should know how to solve general computer issues, and he or she should not be startled when something minor arises. The attendant should think through difficult problems and invoke a step-by-step methodology to fix technical issues.
