Meet the Booths
1) Traditional "Funny" Photo Booth 2) The Elegant Photo Booth
In February of 2015, we first started out with the traditional photo booth. This style is very popular at weddings, school dances, and private events/parties. It has been a successful hit. However, something was significantly missing within the photo booth industry; formal portraits. So, in February of 2017, we have introduced a new style of photo booth. We call it the Elegant photo booth. Both the Traditional and the Elegant Photo Booths compliment each other very well and are a great addition to have at any large functions.
1) About the Traditional "Funny" Photo Booth
Our booth is one of the most technological and innovative designs on the market. It is very compact and can fit into almost any space. The booth only is a mere 14x17x72 inches when assembled and weighs only 60 pounds when assembled. For its size, it is sure to impress all of your guests.
Inside the high quality aluminum shell, we use industry standard photographic equipment. For example, a DSLR camera, a studio strobe, a 22" screen monitor connected to a laptop, and a fast pace printer that will capture 3 high-resolution images and will print out two 2x6 inch custom strips in 15 seconds! Guests can choose between color or black & white photos. With the build in software, we can insert a theme border with your custom monogram and text for your special event.
Our booth attaches to a curtain to give a cozy feel that groups between 1 and 6 people will feel home. The most popular background we use is shimmering gold that looks great for all skin tones and for those impressive expressions. If larger groups are needed, no problem. Our booth can be free standing so up to 15 guests can be in the frame and we use a grey muslin background give it that elegant, professional feel. We also offer the option of having glass 2x6 frames with built in easels. They are perfect gifts for wedding receptions or school dances.
3 Models of the Traditional Photo Booth
Closed Photo Booth

Our first model is what we call the "Closed Photo Booth." This is the most original style of the Traditional Photo Booth. It features two black side curtains and a customizable backdrop. This is the most common at most small events within the photo booth industry. Typically, it can fit around 1 to 6 guests at a time. This photo booth is good for small wedding and private parties with limited space and few guests.

Open Concept Photo Booth

Our second model is what we call the "Open Concept Photo Booth." Compared to the Closed Photo Booth, this photo booth is open to the event and is very comfortable for guests. This is our most popular choice among many of our clients. The biggest advantage for this photo booth is that we can fit up to 15 guests in at one time; whereas the Closed Photo Booth only can fit up to 6 people. It gives guests more room to be silly and to include more friends. This model is perfect for school dances and large weddings. |
The Hybrid Photo Booth

Our third model is what we called the "Hybrid Photo Booth." We take both the concepts of the Closed and Open Concept Photo Booths into one hybrid model. This photo booth sole design is for outdoor uses only and we surround the entire photo booth in water resistant side curtains and canopy tent. It is free standing and open to the elements while being enclosed within a tent. The space this used for outdoors is 10 x 10 feet. Typically, this photo booth can fit up around 1 to 10 guests comfortably. |

Choosing your template
|
Choosing a template may sound very hard. In fact, it is the best part about making your prom the best one ever! We have 50 different templates to choose from. Also, we do FREE customizable photo strips! We know what looks great for each occasions and will arrange it so the images will compliment the template. When choosing your template, consider these three simple things:

Choosing your backdrop
We offer a total of 7 different shimmer backdrops that we can incorporate. In addition, we can also do the traditional classic, solid black or white backdrop. The shimmer backdrops are the preferred choice for most clients. Our backdrops can be used with all three styles of the traditional photo booth. You also have the option of providing your own special backdrop of your creation and we can incorporate it into the photo booth. Check out our selection to view which is best for your event.
2) About the Elegant Photo Booth

During the 2017 prom season, we proudly introduced a new style of photo booth that was over 100 years in the making and the only kind offered in the entire Tampa Bay Area (and probably the only one in the entire state of Florida) . We call it the "Elegant" Photo Booth. We retrofitted state-of-the-art photo booth technology into an over 100 year old camera to give the ultimate experience of elegancy.
This style of photo booth is very different than a traditional "funny" photo booth. Instead of silly props, funny faces, and a 2x6 inch strip, this photo booth we pose each student or couple that enters into a formal pose and each person received a high resolution 4x6 photograph. The 100 year old camera is wired to our special designed laptop and connected to our our ultra fast thermal printer in 15 seconds for each 4x6 photograph. This photo booth is designed for either singles or couples to give the formal and more elegant experience to the evening.
In addition to the 100 year old camera and the fast 4x6, the client can choose either color or black and white prints and we offer 6 different styles of template prints and the ability to have different backgrounds. Finally, we also have the option of offering professional 4x6 folder frames so each student can take home their special memory of the dance. With the many professional option to choose from no wonder why it took over 100 years in the making!

Professional Grey 9 x 16 canvas backdrop is our most classic form of a professional backdrop.

Custom Theme BackgroundGoing Old School formal portraits by incorporating actual decorations from the dance. Client provides backdrop.

If you desire a full length classic (Going Old School) theme that incorporates the entire decorated set, we can do this option also. Prior planning is a must to ensure that we are able to photograph it correctly. Due to the great scale of the decorations, the 100 year old camera will not be used in order to use wide angle capabilities. Client provides the decorations and any backdrops. |
Difference between traditional formal portraits companies and us
At first glance of the photo being produced, you may wonder what is the difference between hiring a school yearbook portrait company or a traditional photographer to take the formal photos? Both are posed photos, so what makes the Elegant photo booth different?
Surprisingly, there are many differences between the Elegant Photo Booth and traditional formal portraits. Some of them are huge deal breakers for school principles and vice principles that they take very seriously. We believe in full transparency so we outline the pros and cons of both Traditional Photography and The Elegant Photo Booth.

Consideration on the size of the client's backdrop must be consulted in advance before the dance to ensure the scene will work for the photograph.
*** One photographic session for each student or couple. However, student(s) can return back to the end of the line to receive additional poses/prints.
**** The 100 year old camera will not be used if the client wants a Full Body Theme Background because of lack of wide angle capabilities.
***** Depending on the event, we can introduce photo booth "couples" props to enhance the formal pose. Normally, if the Traditional Photo Booth is used alongside the Elegant Photo Booth, it is best to have the Elegant Photo Booth to have no props to keep both photo booths unique and different.
****** The Elegant Photo Booth produces one 4x6 print for each guest. If other sizes are desired, we can produce additional sizes on a private order with the parent(s) only. No sale to minors.
******* The Elegant Photo Booth is designed for one or two people within each 4 x 6 image. However, modifications can be made in order to fit more people depending on the desired use. Prior consultation is a must before the dance to insure that we can include groups more then 2 people in at one time.
